Hello, I’m Dekanla Jackson, certified coach and psychotherapist


Chief of Wellness was born from a simple yet powerful idea: that true wellbeing starts with self awareness, and grows through courageous, intentional action.

I spent many years in senior management and programme leadership across different industries. That experience taught me firsth and what it means to navigate pressure, manage people, and lead with both head and heart. It also deepened my belief that wellbeing isn’t separate from success, it is the foundation of it.

I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life. From professionals to senior leaders and founders who want to live and work with greater meaning, balance, and authenticity.

Whether through one to one sessions, group work, or online resources, my aim is to help you reconnect with your best self. The version of you that leads, loves, and lives with balance and purpose.
